Frequently Asked Questions

Can we speed up the process?

We can avoid delays by ensuring the required documents are accurate and are submitted in a timely manner. Notifying us if any information changes after submission of the application also helps in speeding up the process.

Some circumstances may delay the process, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Aside your legal fees, are there any other fees?

The Government of Canada has a mandatory processing fee that is not included in our legal fees.

What does the consultation fee include?

The fee includes all discussion about the options available for you, determining your eligibility, and answering all your questions until you decide to move forward.

The consultation fee is credited towards the legal fee if you decide to use our service.

How long is the process?

Although no one can promise specific times, we can provide an estimate as provided by the IRCC. Processing time depends on the complexity of the case and no time can be guaranteed.

Do you guarantee an invitation?

We cannot guarantee an acceptance, as only Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship (IRCC) officers decide who gets approved. If someone says they guarantee it, you should be cautious.

We do however make sure that your application is the best it can be for every aspect and discuss areas of improvement before submitting it.

Can you help me find a job in Canada?

We cannot provide you with a job as we cannot legally guarantee the existence of any job offer. However, you can explore the official Canadian Job Bank at www.jobbank.gc.ca

We care about you

We want your application to be successful.

Before we submit your application, we analyze it for areas of improvement and discuss these results with you, allowing you to make changes to best increase your chance of receiving an invitation.

“The servics at Youvic Immigration are exceptional. What I most appreciate about the service is the personal interaction and attention given. They made the complicated process simple and straight forward. I also appreciated the great advice given about my status and how to best move forward.

“Our sincere thanks to the YOUVIC Immigration services who supported us throughout the process relentlessly and did not spare any effort in responding to our so many inquiries with decisive and informative answers. They were always there to respond and act as professionals. Special thanks go to Ms. Mai Habib who has lead all efforts in the process.”

Jamal S & Ghada A, received immigration visa in August 2020

“My wife and worked Mai to process our sponsorship application. Mai was a very pleasant and helpful professional.  Since day one, she provided us with all the support and guidance for the tasks and requirements required for the application.  She provided practical solutions for difficult situations we faced while gathering the documents.

Mai also managed our expectations in a very professional manner, was very transparent, and communicated with us continuously even on weekends.  She was always there for us and took our calls even when we were overseas with an 8-hour time difference.

Our application was very solid and comprehensive, and thanks to Mai’s efforts the application was approved in 12 months and we moved to Canada last November. I recommended Mai to some of my friends and who are currently working with her and they are very happy. My family is very grateful that with Mai’s help, as we were able to celebrate Christmas with all my family here in Canada for the first time in many years.  I wish Mai all the best. “

Luma and Saji K, landed in Canada in November 2019
